Ceteareth-30 in personal care products works as a surfactant/cleansing, and emulsifying agent. It also works as a wetting agent and offers high solubility. The recommended use level is 1-5%.

Skin care: It can be combined with other emulsifiers and is most effective when used with thickeners that form gels.
