Cumyl Hydroperoxide 800 (CHP-800) is a specific grade or formulation of cumyl hydroperoxide (CHP). It is characterized by its concentration or purity, typically containing around 80% cumyl hydroperoxide and the rest being a stabilizer or diluent to enhance its stability and handling properties.
 Composition:  CHP-800 contains approximately 80% cumyl hydroperoxide (C₆H₅C(CH₃)₂OOH). The remaining 20% or so may consist of stabilizers or inert materials added to improve stability, prevent decomposition, or aid in handling.
Usage:  Like other forms of cumyl hydroperoxide, CHP-800 is primarily used as a radical initiator in polymerization processes. It helps initiate the formation of polymer chains in the production of polymers such as acrylics, polyesters, and other synthetic resins.
